Use of Isolation, Seclusion and Restrictive Measures. The MCO shall comply with, and as needed, provide training for its providers in compliance with the following requirements: MCOs are required to have an internal restrictive measures oversight committee. The MCO oversight committee must review restrictive measures proposals prior to submitting the request to DHS.
