Use of Issuer PII Sample Clauses

The 'Use of Issuer PII' clause defines how personally identifiable information (PII) belonging to the issuer may be collected, used, stored, or shared by the other party. Typically, this clause outlines the specific purposes for which issuer PII can be processed, such as for compliance, service delivery, or reporting, and may set limitations on disclosure to third parties. Its core practical function is to protect the issuer's sensitive information by establishing clear boundaries and responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of misuse or unauthorized access.
