Use of J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Name. The Customer agrees not to use (or permit the use of) J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ name in any document, publication or publicity material relating to the Customer or the Funds, including but not limited to notices, sales literature, stationery, advertisements, etc., without the prior consent of J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), provided that no prior consent is needed if the document in which J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ name is used merely states that J.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is acting as sub-administrator to the Funds.
