Common use of Use of Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Use of Letters of Credit. The Letters of Credit shall be available and each Borrower agrees that any Letters of Credit shall be used to support obligations of each such Borrower or any Subsidiary under any Primary Policies or Reinsurance Agreements underwritten by such Subsidiary, the obligations of any Subsidiary as a reinsurer under any Reinsurance Agreement with respect to credit for reinsurance, and for its general corporate purposes.
