Common use of Use of Licensed Premises Clause in Contracts

Use of Licensed Premises. Licensee covenants and agrees that the Licensed Premises shall be used for the exclusive purpose of providing at the Building the operation of an urban café providing coffee, other hot beverages, cold drinks, pastries, sandwiches and other services provide by urban cafes as more specifically set forth in the Contract, attached as Exhibit B (the “Permitted Use”). Licensee agrees to ensure compliance with all licensing and operational requirements regulating its use of the Licensed Premises. Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses and certifications required by State, Federal, and County law to provide the scope of services as set forth in the Contract. Failure to obtain and maintain any certifications and licenses required under State, Federal, or Local law will constitute a breach of this License. Licensee will use and occupy the Licensed Premises during the License Term for no purpose other than the use as specified in the Contract.
