Use of Lunchroom Sample Clauses
Use of Lunchroom. The Union shall be permitted reasonable use of the employee lunchroom to conduct informational meetings directly after working hours, during lunch hour or on breaks with the prior approval of the Service Director. Such meetings shall not interfere with the operations of the City.
Use of Lunchroom area for employee meals is permitted as a ------------ courtesy to Tenant but may be canceled by Landlord on notice. Use of second- floor conference room will be available subject to scheduling in advance with Landlord at a rate to be determined.
