Common use of Use of Mobile Banking Clause in Contracts

Use of Mobile Banking. You agree that we may send you, by SMS/text, email, and other methods, communications relating to Mobile Banking, including without limitation welcome messages, information and requests for information relating to use of Mobile Banking. You agree to use Mobile Banking carefully, to keep your password confidential and secure and not share it with others, to check your statements and transactions regularly, to report any errors to us promptly by notifying us as specified in the “Notices” section in our eBranch Online Banking Service Agreement, and to cancel immediately your participation in Mobile Banking if you observe any material errors in the Mobile Banking Services.

You agree to use Mobile Banking carefully, to keep your password confidential and secure and not share it with others, to check your statements and transactions regularly, to report any errors to us promptly by notifying calling us as specified in the “Notices” section in our eBranch Online Banking Service Agreementat (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, and to cancel immediately your participation in Mobile Banking as set out in Section 4B below if you observe any material errors in the Mobile Banking Services.
