Use of Other Data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement will restrict: (a) Licensor’s use of System Data or data derived from System Data that does not identify or permit, alone or in conjunction with other data, identification, association, or correlation of or with (i) Buyer, its Affiliates, Users, customers, suppliers or other persons interacting with Buyer and its Affiliates or any Confidential Information of Buyer, or (ii) any device (e.g. computer, mobile telephone, or browser) used to access or use the Product as originating through Buyer or its Affiliates or interacting with Buyer or its Affiliates; or
