Use of Other Leave. Subject to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ requirements of the work assignment in question and at the discretion of the Sheriff or his/her designee, upon giving five (5) days’ notice as above, any FOP Director/Officer, Committee member, hearing or arbitration witness, delegate, or such other employee in an official FOP capacity, may use vacation leave, compensatory time, or holiday leave to conduct bona fide FOP business.
