Common use of Use of Other Leave Clause in Contracts

Use of Other Leave. If the request for paid industrial leave is denied, the employee may elect to use accumulated sick leave or accrued vacation time to receive full compensation for the initial twenty-four (24) working hours following the accident or illness.
