Use of Overture Reports. Yahoo may use the Overture Reports and information disclosed under Section 8.4 only to verify performance and payment under this Agreement, and may reproduce the Overture Reports only as necessary to do so. Within 10 days (unless such data is needed for a potential dispute between the parties) after expiration or termination of this Agreement, Yahoo shall delete and destroy (and certify such destruction to Overture) or return to Overture any and all copies of Overture Reports in Yahoo’s possession and all copies disclosed to Yahoo Affiliates. Other than the obligation to delete, destroy or return information, this Section 2.2(a) terminates when the Agreement terminates or expires.

Related to Use of Overture Reports

  • Usage Reports The Contractor shall submit usage reports on an annual basis to the assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent of the County of Orange user agency/department. The usage report shall be in a format specified by the user agency/department and shall be submitted 90 days prior to the expiration date of the contract term, or any subsequent renewal term, if applicable.

  • Compliance Reports The Subadvisor at its expense will provide the Advisor with such compliance reports relating to its duties under this Agreement as may be agreed upon by such parties from time to time.

  • Literature Review A-E shall conduct a literature review to determine which species have been identified as special status by state, federal, and local resources agencies and organizations, and have a potential to occur on the project site or in the immediate vicinity. Sources to be reviewed include: (1) special status species lists from the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and California Native Plant Society (CNPS); (2) database searches of the California Natural Diversity Database (CNDDB) and the Electronic Inventory of the CNPS; (3) the most recent Federal Register listing package and critical habitat determination for each federally Endangered or Threatened species potentially occurring on the project site; (4) the CDFG Annual Report on the status of California’s listed Threatened and Endangered plants and animals; and (5) other biological studies conducted in the vicinity of the project site.

  • Research Reports Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund, Distributor and BREDS in Research Reports.

  • Royalty Statements The Licensees shall provide Shengqu with a statement within ten (10) Business Days of the end of each calendar month during the Term of this Agreement.
