Use of Paid Time Off. Employees are encouraged to use at least eighty (80) hours of Paid Time Off per year for vacation. Employees may access Paid Time Off hours to cover low census days or holidays. Employees may not utilize any PTO/EIB hours that would result in a negative balance. Employees may access limited accruals while receiving time loss payments under the workers' compensation program as set forth in the FHS PTO policy.
