Common use of Use of Parking Lot Clause in Contracts

Use of Parking Lot. Lessee has nonexclusive use of any of the six parking spaces for its paramedic rig, located in the east parking lot of the fire station, in the area shown on the attached Exhibit B (hereinafter North Parking Spaces). ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to avoid parking the rig at any location within the North Parking Spaces that would obstruct Lessor's access into the parking bays opposite the North Parking Spaces.
