Common use of Use of Parking Lot Clause in Contracts

Use of Parking Lot. 1.1. The Church grants the School permission to use the Parking Lot for student drop-off and pick-up during the hours of 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. on school days. The Church shall use its best efforts to ensure the Parking Lot is not utilized by anyone else other than School-related vehicles during these times. 1.2. The School agrees to ensure that its use of the Parking Lot does not interfere with the Church's activities and events. The Church shall provide prior notice of regular activities and special events to the School so the School can ensure the Parking Lot is free of School-related vehicles, when necessary.
