Use of Password. (a) The Client agrees not to disclose the Password to any person and keep it separate from instructions about the Services. The Client agrees to be responsible for all costs and charges, including fees and trade settlement costs, incurred through use of the Password. If the Client becomes aware of any unauthorized use of the Password or if the Password is lost or stolen, the Client will notify BMO InvestorLine immediately by telephoning ▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. (b) The Client shall avoid selecting an obvious Password, such as a street address, date of birth or telephone number. The Client shall change the Password on a regular basis to reduce the potential for unauthorized use. (c) Once the Client has entered the Password into the Access Device, the Client agrees not to leave the Access Device unattended until all Trade Requests are completed and the Client has terminated the Services connection through the Access Device.
Use of Password. 9.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that it shall: 9.1.1. take proper care of the Password and do everything that is necessary to prevent the Password from being lost, stolen or used wrongfully; 9.1.2. ensure that the Password is kept in a safe place; 9.1.3. ensure the Password is changed regularly to ensure its security; 9.1.4. not allow any unauthorised person to obtain knowledge or use of the Password. 9.2. The User acknowledges and agrees that if the Password is lost, stolen or used wrongfully, or is used by any other person than the prescribed user due to the negligence of the User, the User shall still be liable for any transactions concluded through the usage of the Password. 9.3. ▇▇▇▇ does not take responsibility for the security of the User’s Password. The security of the given password is solely the User’s responsibility. 9.4. If the User believes that the security of any Password used to access the Digital Services platform has been compromised in any way, it shall immediately notify Axiz in writing and change the password.
Use of Password. You acknowledge, represent and warrant that: (a) you have received a number, code or other sequence which provides access to the Service (the “Password”); (b) you are the sole and exclusive owner of the Password; (c) you are the sole and exclusive owner of any identification number, code or other sequence which allows access to the Service via computerised online service (the “ID”); and (d) you accept full responsibility for any transaction, act or omission occurring in an account opened, held or accessed through the ID or Password. You represent, warrant and agree that any individual who has possession of any Password or ID is your duly authorised representative, having the power and authority to legally bind you in this manner. You should therefore ensure that you keep your ID and Password secure and only provide your ID or Password to persons or organisations who you wish to authorise to be able to access your account, transact on your behalf, or otherwise have access to your ID or Password details. Such acceptance shall be deemed as effective as a written signature performed manually by you and shall be deemed to satisfy any writings requirements of any applicable law despite being written and accepted electronically. Our electronically or other properly stored copy of any such agreement shall be deemed to be the true, complete, valid, authentic and enforceable copy of any such agreement. Our electronically stored record of the date on which you accept such an agreement shall be conclusive evidence as to the effective date. Except if there is obvious tampering or loss of data, you shall not contest the admissibility or enforceability of our copy of any such agreement.
Use of Password. The Client shall keep the Password confidential. The Client agrees not to disclose the Password to any person and to keep it separately from information about the Service. The Client shall be held liable for any losses incurred in the Account and for access provided to the information contained therein if he/she discloses the Password, keeps a readily discernible inscription thereof, uses a Password that may be easily associated with the Client, such as his/her first or last name, social insurance number, telephone number, address or date of birth. The Client shall change his/her Password from time to time in order to reduce the risk of unauthorized use. The Client shall notify NBDB immediately if the Password has been breached, if he/she has become aware of any unauthorized use thereof or if he/she suspects that a third party may have his/her Password. In such cases, the Client shall be responsible for changing his/her Password immediately.
Use of Password. 9.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that it shall:- 9.1.1 take proper care of the Password (s) and do everything that is necessary to prevent the Password (s) from being lost, stolen or used wrongfully; 9.1.2 ensure that the Password (s) is / are kept in a safe place; 9.1.3 not allow any unauthorised person to obtain knowledge of the Password (s); 9.2 The Client furthermore acknowledges and agrees that: 9.2.1 if the Password (s) is / are lost, stolen or used wrongfully, or is / are used by any other person than the prescribed user, due to the negligence of the Client, the Client shall still be liable for any transactions concluded through the usage of the Password; 9.2.2 Creditrisk does not take responsibility for the security of the Client's Password; 9.2.3 the security of the given password is solely the Client’s responsibility; 9.2.4 if it believes that the security of any Password (s) used to access Creditrisk’s Services and Products has been compromised in any way, it shall immediately notify Creditrisk in writing;
Use of Password. 10.1 Upon subscribing to the Database you will be allocated an individual password (“the Password”) for the purpose of accessing the Database. You, the subscriber, may log into Fragrances of the ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇ using your email ID and your Password. You may share your Password with a colleague, but please note that if he or she uses your ID and Password to log into the database while you are also logged in, you will be cut off. Your colleague will then take over your session. 10.2 To help maintain the security of your Password, each time your e-mail ID and Password is used to log into Fragrances of the ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇, you agree to allow us to record the date, time of the visit and the IP address of the computer used to access the Database. 10.3 Should you have an individual subscription and suspect or discover that another person is using your Password without your authority, please e-mail us for a new Password.
Use of Password. (a) If you notify us of a password to be used by you in all communications with us when entering into these Terms, we shall act only on an instruction in which there is a valid password quoted. You may change the password at any time by notifying us by providing a signed letter. (b) It is your sole responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your password and we bear no responsibility for misuse or misappropriation of your password, except in the case of fraud on the part of us. (c) You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, agree to indemnify us from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage, howsoever arising, by reason of the misuse or misappropriation of your password, except in the case of fraud on the part of us.

  • Use of PTO A nurse will be required to take his or her accrued PTO during the leave, except where required by law. a.   • Use of websites (a) The Borrower may satisfy its obligation under this Agreement to deliver any information in relation to those Lenders (the “Website Lenders”) who accept this method of communication by posting this information onto an electronic website designated by the Borrower and the Agent (the “Designated Website”) if: (i) the Agent expressly agrees (after consultation with each of the Lenders) that it will accept communication of the information by this method; (ii) both the Borrower and the Agent are aware of the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website; and (iii) the information is in a format previously agreed between the Borrower and the Agent. If any Lender (a “Paper Form Lender”) does not agree to the delivery of information electronically then the Agent shall notify the Borrower accordingly and the Borrower shall supply the information to the Agent (in sufficient copies for each Paper Form Lender) in paper form. In any event the Borrower shall supply the Agent with at least one copy in paper form of any information required to be provided by it. (b) The Agent shall supply each Website Lender with the address of and any relevant password specifications for the Designated Website following designation of that website by the Borrower and the Agent. (c) The Borrower shall promptly upon becoming aware of its occurrence notify the Agent if: (i) the Designated Website cannot be accessed due to technical failure; (ii) the password specifications for the Designated Website change; (iii) any new information which is required to be provided under this Agreement is posted onto the Designated Website; (iv) any existing information which has been provided under this Agreement and posted onto the Designated Website is amended; or (v) the Borrower becomes aware that the Designated Website or any information posted onto the Designated Website is or has been infected by any electronic virus or similar software. If the Borrower notifies the Agent under paragraph (c)(i) or paragraph (c)(v) above, all information to be provided by the Borrower under this Agreement after the date of that notice shall be supplied in paper form unless and until the Agent and each Website Lender is satisfied that the circumstances giving rise to the notification are no longer continuing. (d) Any Website Lender may request, through the Agent, one paper copy of any information required to be provided under this Agreement which is posted onto the Designated Website. The Borrower shall comply with any such request within ten Business Days.
