Use of Past Record. a. In imposing any suspension or disciplinary action on a current charge, the Employer will not take into account any infractions, which occurred: 1. More than two (2) years previously on written warnings. 2. More than three (3) years previously on written reprimands. 3. More than five (5) years previously on infractions greater than written warnings and written reprimands.
