Agent may use the following information only to perform the Authorized Functions and for no other purposes: (i) PII collected from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, or Enrollees, or these individuals’ legal representative or Authorized Representative, in the context of completing an application for QHP, APTC or CSR eligibility; or
