Use of Platform. 1.1. Platform Provision and Access. SupplyShift will make the Platform available to Buyer for the Subscription Term solely for use by Buyer and its Users in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Documentation, and the Order Form. Buyer shall be responsible for each User’s compliance with this Agreement.
