USE OF PROMOTIONS. MP may sell the promotional spaces provided herein to third parties in a manner consistent with its ongoing business practices, provided that any promotional spaces sold to a third party (i) may only promote the sale of MP Products (excluding Ancillary Products), and (ii) must promote the sale of such MP Products (excluding Ancillary Products), through the Affiliated MP Site. Except to the extent expressly provided in the preceding sentence, MP may not, nor shall it permit any third party to, sell or offer to sell any of the promotional spaces provided herein. *CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION.

  • Use of PTO A nurse will be required to take his or her accrued PTO during the leave, except where required by law. a. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for absences greater than thirty (30) days, a nurse will be allowed to leave up to eighty (80) accrued hours remaining in his/her PTO bank. Such a nurse shall designate to the Medical Center, prior to the announcement of such absence, the date by which compensation for PTO is to be discontinued. b. The number of hours of PTO used per week during the leave may not be less than the number of hours that the nurse was regularly scheduled to work.
