Use of Proxies. The Trustee may vote, assent or consent with respect to all shares of Capital Stock held in the Voting Trust in person or by such person or persons as it may from time to time select as its proxy, provided that the Trustee shall at all times do so in conformity with the provisions of Section 4.03 hereof.
