Common use of Use of Report Clause in Contracts

Use of Report. PM’s report on the financial statements must be associated only with the financial statements that were the subject of PM’s audit engagement. MCRCSIP may make copies of the audit report, but only if the entire financial statements (including related footnotes and supplemental information, as appropriate) are reproduced and distributed with that report. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees not to reproduce or associate PM’s audit report with any other financial statements, or portions thereof, that are not the subject of this engagement.
