Use of School Facilities. A. The Association shall have the right to use school buildings without cost, at reasonable times for meetings, provided that the building principal is notified to ensure no conflicts. The Association will be required to pay for additional custodial costs involved. These meetings will not start until thirty (30) minutes after the close of the students' school day. B. Adequate bulletin board space shall be provided in each school for the exclusive use of the Association.
