Common use of Use of Service Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Service Areas. The service areas, if any, as located within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, shall be earmarked for purposes and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee/s shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottee/s formed by the Allottee/s for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Service Areas. The service areas, if any, as located within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇“PEARL EXOTICA”, shall be earmarked for purposes and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee/s shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottee/s formed by the Allottee/s for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Service Areas. The service areasarea, if any, as located within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇“PRIME PLAZA”, shall be earmarked for purposes and such as services including but not limited to electric sub-stationto, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump . Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's ’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee/s Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever whatsoever, other than those earmarked for the specific purpose and the same shall be reserved for use by the association Association of Allottee/s Allottees formed by the Allottee/s Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee/s shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottee/s formed by the Allottee/s for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee/s shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottee/s formed by the Allottee/s for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Service Areas. The service areas, if any, as located within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, "CROSSROADS" shall be earmarked for purposes and such services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting firefighting pumps and equipment's etc. ., and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee/s Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottee/s formed by the Allottee/s Mall Management person(s) for rendering maintenance services.
