Use of Services Deliverables. Subject to Customer’s payment of all fees due hereunder, Sysdig grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license (except as specifically permitted in this Agreement), to use those elements of the Sysdig Technology (as defined below) embodied in the Services deliverables, if any, in Customer’s ordinary course of business, solely as so embodied. Sysdig reserves all other rights in and to the Sysdig Technology.
