Systems Integrator agrees that it will use and provide access to the Netgateway ICC only in connection with the provision of eCommerce Services to its Subscribers, and it will not, without the express written permission of Netgateway, sell, lease or otherwise provide or make available the Netgateway ICC to any third party.
