Use of Singular Sample Clauses

The "Use of Singular" clause establishes that words in the singular form within a contract are to be interpreted as including their plural forms, and vice versa, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. This means that if a term like "party" is used, it can refer to one or more parties as appropriate throughout the agreement. By clarifying this rule of interpretation, the clause ensures consistency and prevents disputes over whether a provision applies to one or multiple entities, thereby promoting clarity and reducing ambiguity in contractual language.
