Use of Site. Lessee shall use the Site solely for the purpose of constructing the Project thereon and for subleasing the Site and the Project to the District, provided that, upon the occurrence of an Event of Default by the District as defined under the Sublease, Lessee may exercise the remedies provided for in the Construction Services Agreement or the Sublease.
