Use of State Vehicles Clause Samples

The 'Use of State Vehicles' clause governs the conditions under which individuals may operate vehicles owned or leased by a government entity. Typically, it restricts use to authorized personnel for official business purposes only, and may outline requirements such as valid driver's licenses, adherence to safety protocols, and prohibitions on personal or unauthorized use. This clause ensures that state vehicles are used responsibly and exclusively for government-related activities, thereby minimizing liability, controlling costs, and preventing misuse of public resources.
