Common use of USE OF THE BUILDING Clause in Contracts

USE OF THE BUILDING. The Building shall be used for general office and administrative purposes not inconsistent with applicable zoning regulations. PREA hereby agrees to comply with any and all laws, regulations and requirements applicable or in any way relating to the use and occupancy of the Property. PREA may, at it own discretion, and on terms and conditions acceptable to it, sublease all or part of the Building to good and reputable tenants ("Tenants") and grant such Tenants the right of use to the Parking Lot.
