Common use of Use of the Card Clause in Contracts

Use of the Card. 2.1 The Card may be used as a credit card and, subject to the agreement of the Bank, an ATM Card in connection with the Cardmember’s account(s) maintained with the Bank. Use of the Card as a credit card shall be subject to this Agreement. Use of the Card as an ATM card shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions for ATM Card and the General Terms and Conditions of the Bank. 2.2 The Card may be used at any branch or ATM machine (subject to the availability of cash and any applicable withdrawal limit) of the Bank and other financial institutions and merchants which accept the Card for drawing cash advance, effecting purchases of goods and services and such other transactions as may be acceptable to the Bank. However, the Cardmember shall not use the Card to take part in any illegal activities (including unlawful gambling through the Internet). The Bank reserves the right at its absolute discretion at any time to reject the use of the Card as a credit card for purchase of any goods or services.
