Use of the Documentation. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Mobilize grants to Licensee a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as permitted in Section 11.2) license, without right of sublicense, during the term of this Agreement to reproduce, without modification, and internally use a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation solely in connection with its internal use of the Mobilize Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
