Common use of Use of the Funding Clause in Contracts

Use of the Funding. The Recipient shall use the Funding only to fund the costs of the Services in accordance with those identified within the terms of this Agreement and in line with ACE/DfE requirements. The Funding shall not be used for any other purpose. Changes to delivery plans that occur within the duration of the funded period should not be implemented without the prior written agreement of LCRCA Music Hub and ACE. Please note that the Funding cannot be used for marketing or advertising costs, or for any costs associated with the maintenance, technical development or updating of existing websites or for the development and/or creation of new websites. The Recipient shall ensure that all use of the Funding is in accordance with any guidelines or policies that LCRCA may specify to the Recipient as being relevant to delivery of the Services. The Recipient shall use competent and appropriately qualified employees and/or contractors to deliver the Services and shall meet any applicable quality standards. LCRCA may, at any time undertake an assessment of the quality and delivery of the Recipient which may include analysis of performance against the minimum quality standards.
