Use of the House and the Common Parts and Telling. Us About Changes to Who Is Living in your Home 2.1. You must take entry to the house, occupy and furnish it and use it solely as your only or principal home. You are entitled to have members of your family occupying the house with you, as long as this does not lead to overcrowding. 2.2. You must tell us who is living in the house including when anyone moves in or out. If you do not inform us of changes in the household this may impact on your ability to make changes to the tenancy and for others to succeed to this tenancy. You should tell us as soon as there is any change in those who are living in your house. 2.3. You, those living with you, and your visitors must take reasonable care to prevent damage to: • the house; • decoration; • our furniture; • the fixtures and fittings; • the common parts; • your neighbours’ property. For example: • before you leave the house unoccupied, you must check reasonably thoroughly that there is no risk of damage from fire, water or gas supplies in your house; • you must tell us if you intend to go away, for more than four weeks and your house will be unoccupied during that time; • if your house is going to be unoccupied for any length of time, and there is a risk of water pipes freezing when you are away, you must tell us before you leave.

However, if you ask us, we may give permission. See paragraph 10.2 of this Agreement for more information about doing this. If we give permission, we may also increase your rent. 2.5. You must not allow your house to become overcrowded. If the overcrowding is as a result of an increase in the size of your family living with you, you should apply to us for a house transfer. We will try to get you a larger house. In this circumstance only, we will not treat you as being in breach of this condition. However, if we offer you suitable alternative accommodation you must agree to take it unless there are good reasons for not taking it.

  • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable Rules and Regulations with respect thereto in accordance with Paragraph 40. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said rules and regulations by other lessees of the Industrial Center.

  • Use of Sub-Contractors If the Applicant requires the use of a Sub-Contractor in order to adequately complete the Project, a collaboration letter, contract or agreement between the Applicant and the Sub-Contractor must be in place prior to the Applicant proceeding with any Milestone which requires assistance from the Sub-Contractor. Applicant shall: (a) identify the Sub-Contractor to Alberta Innovates; (b) provide a copy of such Sub- Contractor agreement to Alberta Innovates upon request, and on a strictly confidential basis; and (c) ensure that dealings with the Sub-Contractor are not prohibited under any Applicable Laws Including any Anti- Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Sanctions Laws or Export Control Laws. Alberta Innovates may request the Applicant to provide evidence that it has paid the Sub-Contractor for such services. If the Applicant is using a Sub-Contractor: (aa) nothing in this Investment Agreement creates any employment, contract, agency relationship, or other direct or indirect, relationship of any kind between Alberta Innovates and such Sub-Contractor; and (bb) the Applicant shall be solely responsible for all work, acts, claims, defaults and liabilities relating to the Sub-Contractor.

  • Access to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer (i) The Right of Way given to the Contractor hereunder shall always be subject to the right of access of the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer and their employees and agents for inspection, viewing and exercise of their rights and performance of their obligations under this Agreement. (ii) The Contractor shall ensure, subject to all relevant safety procedures, that the Authority has un-restricted access to the Site during any emergency situation, as decided by the Authority’s Engineer.

  • LICENSES AND STANDARDS 11 CONTRACTOR warrants that it and its personnel, described in Paragraph 27 of 12 this Agreement, who are subject to individual registration and/or licensing requirements, have all 13 necessary licenses and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of California 14 (hereinafter referred to as “State”), County of Orange, and all other appropriate governmental 15 agencies to perform the services described in this Agreement, and agrees to maintain, and require 16 its personnel to maintain, these licenses and permits in effect for the duration of this Agreement.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same: 1. Tenant Will not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, subtenants, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. No vehicles are to be left in the parking areas overnight and no vehicles are to be parked in the parking areas other than normally sized passenger automobiles, motorcycles and pick-up trucks. No extended term storage of vehicles is permitted. 2. Vehicles must be parked entirely within painted stall lines of a single parking stall. 3. All directional signs and arrows must be observed. 4. The speed limit within all parking areas shall be five (5) miles per hour. 5. Parking is prohibited: (a) in areas not striped for parking; (b) in aisles or on ramps; (c) where “no parking” signs are posted; (d) in cross-hatched areas; and (e) in such other areas as may be designated from time to time by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator. 6. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicle if such vehicle’s audio theft alarm system remains engaged for an unreasonable period of time. 7. Washing, waxing, cleaning or servicing of any vehicle in any area not specifically reserved for such purpose is prohibited. 8. Landlord may refuse to permit any person to park in the parking facilities who violates these rules with unreasonable frequency, and any violation of these rules shall subject the violator’s car to removal, at such car owner’s expense. Tenant agrees to use its best efforts to acquaint its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees with these parking provisions, rules and regulations. 9. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicles which are used or parked in violation of these rules and regulations. 10. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to modify and/or adopt such other reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations for the parking facilities as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the parking facilities.
