Use of the Leased Properties. Throughout the Term Lessee shall, except if otherwise agreed to in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, continuously use the Leased Properties for the Primary Intended Use and such other uses as may be necessary or incidental thereto. Lessee shall not use the Leased Properties or any portion thereof for any other use without the prior written consent of Lessor. No use shall be made or permitted to be made of, or allowed in, the Leased Properties, and no acts shall be done, which will cause the cancellation of, or be prohibited by, any insurance policy covering the Leased Properties or any part thereof, nor shall the Leased Properties or Lessee's Personal Property be used for any unlawful purpose. Lessee shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste on the Leased Properties, or cause or permit any nuisance thereon, or suffer or permit the Leased Properties or any portion thereof, or Lessee's Personal Property, to be used in such a manner as (i) might reasonably tend to impair Lessor's (or Lessee's, as the case may be) title thereto or to any portion thereof, or (ii) may reasonably make possible a claim or claims of adverse usage or adverse possession by the public, as such, or of implied dedication of the Leased Properties or any portion thereof. Lessor covenants that during the Term of this Lease it will cooperate with Lessee and use commercially reasonable efforts, where necessary or required from Lessor as the owner of the Leased Properties, to enable Lessee to obtain and maintain in force and effect and good standing any licenses, permits, certifications, or approvals needed by Lessee to use and operate each Leased Property for its Primary Intended Use and will obtain and maintain in force and effect and good standing any licenses, permits, certificates, or approvals, including certificates of need, necessary or required to be owned and maintained by the owner of each Leased Property in order to use and operate the Leased Property for its Primary Intended Use.
