Common use of Use of the Leasehold Clause in Contracts

Use of the Leasehold. 1. The Lessee is required to obtain from the competent authorities all of the licenses required to manage the business in the Leasehold within the purpose of the lease and undertakes to conduct it only according to such licenses and the requirements of the law and any competent authority. The Lessee declares that it has checked and is aware that the licenses in this section are obtainable and that under no circumstances is the Lessor liable in the event that the Lessee fails to obtain them.
