Use of the measurements by the Operator. The Operator may, in compliance with its confidentiality obligations, make free use of the measurements taken within the framework of the Contract. It shall provide the Shipper with these measurements at the Shipper's request when such measurements have a direct bearing on the determination of the Loaded Quantities.
