Common use of Use of the Project Clause in Contracts

Use of the Project. The Participant will own or lease and operate the Project during the entire term of the Financing Agreement and will not change the use or ownership of any part of a Project during the entire term of the Financing Agreement without consultation of Bond Counsel and the prior written consent of the Corporation.
