Use of Third Party Services. Clearing Agent may, at its reasonable option, and consistent with common industry practice, retain one or more independent data processing or other service bureaus to perform functions (including, but not limited to, pricing services or proxy mailing services) assigned to Clearing Agent under this Agreement.
