Common use of Use of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Use of this Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement, and any orders, pleadings or other documents entered in furtherance of this Agreement, may be offered or received in evidence solely (i) to enforce the terms and provisions hereof or thereof, (ii) as may be specifically authorized by a court of competent jurisdiction after hearing upon application of a Party hereto, (iii) in order to establish payment or a defense in a subsequent case, including res judicata, or (iv) to obtain Court approval of this Agreement.
