Common use of Use of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Use of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be used in any proceeding or for any other purpose, except to enforce the provisions of the Agreement. All negotiations, proceedings and statements made in connection herewith shall be without prejudice to any person or party hereto, shall not be deemed or construed to be admissions by any party of any act, omission, matter or proposition, and shall not be used in any manner or for any purpose in any proceeding or for any other purpose.
