Use of this Agreement. The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that (i) this Agreement or a copy thereof may be reproduced to any interested party in any administrative or legal proceeding or official inquiry with respect to the matters covered hereby, and (ii) its name and the number of Ordinary Shares to be acquired by it may be disclosed if required by law.
