USE OF UNIVERSITY. NAME AND/OR LOGO IN ADVERTISING: Contractor acknowledges that it shall not use the name of the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education; University of Nevada, Las Vegas; Nevada State College; or any other NSHE logos, marks, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, slogans, or other indicia of ownership of the foregoing (collectively, “Marks”). Contractor agrees that the Marks are the sole property of NSHE and that it shall not use any of the Marks in its advertising, or in the production of any materials related to this Contract or the Proposal, without the prior written approval of UNLV.

  • University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.

  • Use of the Name BlackRock The Advisor has consented to the use by the Fund of the name or identifying word “BlackRock” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “BlackRock” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require the Fund to cease using “BlackRock” in the name of the Fund if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor of the Fund.

  • Use of FIIOC’s and FSC's Name The Trust shall not use the name of FIIOC and FSC in any Prospectus, sales literature or other material relating to the Trust or any Fund of the Trust in a manner not consented to by FIIOC and FSC prior to use; provided, however, that FIIOC and FSC shall approve all uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to its appointments, duties or fees hereunder or which are required by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or “Commission”) or a state securities commission; and further, provided that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.
