Company and its Affiliates, Sublicensees, employees, and agents may not use the name, logo, seal, trademark, or service mark (including any adaptation of them) of University or any University school, organization, employee, student or representative, without the prior written consent of University.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may disclose the name of the University in public filings if such is required to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
