Use of Updates. Licensee's use of any Updates provided by GMC as part of Maintenance Services shall be governed by all license limitations and restrictions, and all other terms and conditions of the Agreement. GMC may, upon thirty days prior written notice to Licensee, change the services included in Maintenance Services provided, any such change shall not materially or substantially decrease the service level commitments described in Exhibit C. Such changes will not become effective until acceptance and commencement of any renewal term.
