Common use of Use of Volunteers Clause in Contracts

Use of Volunteers. The parties agree that where the Region wishes to use volunteers in any areas other than tree planting, the clean up of roadside litter under the "Adopt-a-Road" program or the Neighbourhood Litter Clean-up along the North Railway Spur, their use and placement shall require the mutual agreement of the Region and the Union.
