The Customer agrees not to use (or permit the use of) ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ name in any document, publication or publicity material relating to the Customer, including but not limited to notices, sales literature, stationery, advertisements, etc., without the prior written consent of ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), provided that no prior consent is needed if the document in which ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ name is used merely states that ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is acting as administrator to the Customer.
