Common use of Use or Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Use or Disclosure. Business Associate agrees to not use or disclose Protected Health Information other than as permitted or required by the Agreement, this BAA, or as Required by Law. To the extent that Business Associate is to carry out any of Covered Entity’s obligations under the HIPAA Privacy Regulations, Business Associate will comply with the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Regulations that apply to Covered Entity in the performance of those obligations.
