Common use of Use Period Clause in Contracts

Use Period. All Professional Services must be invoiced/prepaid or paid in the same manner as agreed to with other Licensed Products included on the applicable Client Order and utilized by Client within one (1) year of purchase. Illuminate, in its sole discretion, may extend this period up to a maximum of one (1) additional year to utilize said Professional Services; however, regardless of whether the Professional Services use period described herein is extended, Client’s non-utilization of purchased Professional Services will be deemed null and void upon expiration of the applicable use period.
