Common use of Use Restricted Clause in Contracts

Use Restricted. The Premises may be used for the Permitted Use and for no other purpose. Tenant agrees not to make any use of the Premises that would cause the Premises to be considered a "place of public accommodation" under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. No Improvements, alterations or additions may be made in or to the Premises except as provided in this Lease.
