You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank and Platform from any loss for breach of this warranty provision. Card, or other access device for any illegal or unlawful transaction, and we may decline to authorize any transaction that we believe poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness. We reserve the right to place a hold on your Account if we suspect irregular, fraudulent, suspicious, unlawful or otherwise unauthorized activity. We may attempt to notify you of such a hold but are not required to provide notice prior to placing the hold or thereafter. We also may attempt to contact you to obtain additional information regarding the account activity. We reserve the right to maintain any hold and restrict access to the account until we receive the requested information. You agree that we may maintain such hold until all claims against you or us to the funds held in your Account have been resolved fully in our sole satisfaction. We also reserve the right to reject any incoming credit transaction that we suspect is involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity. The Bank will not be held liable for any loss you incur if your account is restricted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may collect on any debt arising out of any illegal or unlawful transaction.
